REFUND POLICY

Users can enter leagues and competitions run by the website with money added to their user account Crickshub. This money cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

A transaction that Crickshub has confirmed cannot be reversed by customers using its services. However, any user may cancel any transaction and request a reimbursement of the amount paid by the user at Crickshub's sole discretion if the following conditions are met: If the user sends a written request to Crickshub to revoke such payment from the registered email address; If the payment is for involvement in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s), the cancellation request must be received at least 2 days prior to the start of the round for which the payment is made.

Crickshub reserves the right to reimburse the transaction amount to the user after deducting cancellation fees and taxes. The refund process could take 5-7 business days. While the transaction is being processed, users should be aware of additional terms and conditions.

If any provision in the additional terms and conditions conflicts with a provision on the website Crickshub, the additional terms and conditions will prevail. Refunds are only available for contest money used to enter contests, which will be credited to the Crickshub User Account.

Only the membership money will be repaid in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, such as the cancellation of an event, technical difficulties, or Force Majeure; no claims will be made regarding the ranking of winners.
