A user must accept the terms, conditions, and privacy policies before registering on Crickshub. Our Terms of Service apply to all users of our services and products.

We reserve the right to change or alter our Terms of Service at any time. Any changes to these Terms of Service will be notified to you via the email address you shared with us. Our website will also be updated with these modifications.

We reserve the right to modify our Terms of Service if any Game Rules or regulations need to be revised or altered. By using our Services following such modifications or revisions, you will be deemed to have accepted our updated Terms. You can terminate your account if you don't like the changes. You won't be able to use the Services if you remove your account.

This website acknowledges and accepts all changes to the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and use policies that were previously created by Crickshub. In the event that a User refuses the changes to these Terms & Conditions, laws, and rules, the website Crickshub reserves the right to deny them access to the services and features offered by the website Crickshub.

For https://crickshub.com/, you can define general policies and limitations, deactivate or delete a user's account along with all associated information and files, move or delete content you submit to the website, and define basic guidelines and limitations.

In case it is determined or believed that a user has violated the terms and conditions of Crickshub, used Crickshub or the features offered by Crickshub improperly or illegally, or if their account and associated information has been deleted or deactivated, their access to Crickshub.com or the features offered by Crickshub may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

Crickshub Privacy Policy governs the use of all kinds of user data, including payment details and personal information, collected at the time of registration. The responsibility for keeping passwords and account information private lies entirely with consumers. If the User becomes aware of any exploitation of their linked payment accounts, they must notify Crickshub. Crickshub is not liable if the User's linked payment accounts are fraudulently used.

The website owner Crickshub will not be liable for any damage incurred by the User as a result of breaking these rules. By using the services offered by the Crickshub platform, users agree not to copy or modify any technology or software associated with the Crickshub.

To participate in the Contest (s), you must be an Indian citizen and at least eighteen (18) years old. Citizens of the Indian states of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, and Nagaland are presently not eligible to participate in the paid edition of the Contest. In these states, it is illegal for people to participate in skill-based games that demand payment to play.

After the applicable round of the Contest, the winners will be selected in order of their cumulative scores. If Crickshub has more than one pre-designated winner, the winners will be chosen according to the order in which their cumulative scores are ranked.

In advance of the game, Crickshub will announce the number of winners and winning amounts. When there is a tie, the winners will be announced, and the awards will be equally split. Crickshub requires users to follow its terms and conditions. Please do so in order to prevent Crickshub from being relieved of any liability to pay any winnings associated with Crickshub.

Crickshub retains the right to disqualify a participant in the paid versions of the Contest (s) if it is discovered that they are citizens of one of the aforementioned Indian states. They will also forfeit any incentives they may have earned. The contest entry costs paid by both users will be refunded to their Crickshub accounts in such cases. Using the same roster of players, including the captain and vice-captain, is prohibited in head-to-head matches.

Any ongoing Contest(s) may be terminated or withdrawn at any time by the Company if the Company determines that such termination or withdrawal is required to comply with any relevant governmental, statutory, or regulatory demands, approvals, or necessities, or if the Company learns that the applicable Contest(s) are unlawful or forbidden by law. Users of Crickshub agree to waive any claims resulting from such cancellations or withdrawals. It is not permitted for employees, directors, affiliates, relatives, or family members of Crickshub (s) to participate in any contest.

Users agree not to hold Crickshub accountable or responsible for any loss or damage sustained, including (but not limited to) any accident, injury, death, or loss of property by Users or by any other person or entity during access to the features (including participation in the Contests and acceptance of winning offered by the Contests). The users acknowledge that they access and use the features offered by Crickshub voluntarily and at their own risk.  

Crickshub and its directors, employees, partners, associates, and licensors are held harmless by users of its services or features from any liability, cost, loss, or expense incurred by the User resulting from their use of the features, including (but not limited to) personal injury and property damage resulting from a negligent act or omission on our part (whether direct, indirect, consequential or foreseeable). The Crickshub is not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions about winning made by itself or by third parties.

The User agrees that by accepting these terms and conditions, they are solely responsible for any consequences that may arise from engaging in any illegal activities as a result of disobeying these Terms and Conditions and other laws and regulations governing the Features, including providing an incorrect address or additional personal information.

It is not the responsibility of Crickshub for any participation in Contests, affiliations, or claims made by third parties, entities, or organizations on Crickshub.

The users of the features and services provided by Crickshub agree by accepting these terms and conditions that Crickshub shall not be held liable and waive and release any rights or claims, actions, or causes of action (current or future) that each of them has or may have against Crickshub, its respective agents, directors, officers, business partners, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for everything and anything.

Crickshub decides the winners, and its decision is final. When a participant in one of the paid contests is found to be violating the Indian Majority Act or any other current legislation, Crickshub can disqualify that participant and take their winnings away from them. Furthermore, at its sole and absolute discretion, Crickshub may choose to suspend or terminate the participant's account. Crickshub will not be responsible for the packaging or shipment of the winners' awards. Crickshub is not responsible for any losses or damage to winning that occur while shipping. The winners are liable for all transaction fees associated with the delivery of actual cash. The winnings are not refundable or transferable.

After filing your withdrawal request, you will receive an email from Crickshub at the email address you registered with. In the event that the Fair Play Terms are violated, Crickshub may thwart withdrawal requests or prevent users from accessing the service going forward. As we add them to a block list, we will stop their withdrawal requests.

Individuals who agree to the Fair Play Terms have the right to unilaterally request to leave Crickshub. A withdrawal in this scenario would probably take five to seven business days.

Any term, condition, or provision that a court or other appropriate body finds to be invalid, illegal, or void shall be severed, altered, or removed from these terms and conditions, and the remainder of the terms, conditions, and rules shall continue to be in full effect and force to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.

A waiver of any such rights or remedies by the Company or a right to postpone or prevent the performance of any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall not be inferred from the Company's failure to insist on strict compliance with or to exercise any of its rights or remedies under, any provision of these Terms and Conditions. The Company's decision to ignore one of your defaults does not necessarily mean that the following one will be, too. No failure on the part of the Company to insist that you abide by any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a waiver of the Company's right to do so in the future.

All issues relating to the existence, construction, and performance of these terms and conditions, as well as their breach, enforcement, termination, and validity, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian law. The mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence are not superseded by any part of these Terms and Conditions or are otherwise affected.
